He graduated from South Texas College of Law in 2014 and became licensed that same year. Kurt has been active in the Galveston County Bar Association for many years, including service as President of the Young Lawyers Section and later as President of the GCBA from 2023 to 2024. His work with the bar has focused on professional development, community engagement, and supporting the local legal community.
